Returns Policy
- Item must be in the same condition as delivered and discs are unthrown.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- You must email us within 10 days, and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Number, you must include this number with a return to receive a refund or credit.
- In the event the return is due to our error, we will reimburse for return shipping. In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs and will be responsible for costs to reship.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment, as you will not be reimbursed for product that does not make it back to EVERYDAY DISC GOLFER LLC.
- Zuca Carts, Bags can be returned, but due to the nature of these products, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Zuca accessories cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, please contact admin@everydaydiscgolfer.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will be contacted and notified of the status of the refund.
